The staff is so friendly!!! They always explain whats in everything and give good recommendations! The custard is made fresh daily so you know its not just sitting there for who knows how long, and they have two walk up windows and you can actually watch the custard come out through the window which is neat So happy to have a Shake’s in Rogers!!

A pretty generic place. I was excited to try this place with a name like Shake's, but they had very few shakes options. I don't know what I was expecting, but I guess I was thinking gourmet or unique shakes. I got the rip-off of Andy's James Brown Funky Jackhammer, which is Leroy Brown Sundae. It was good. There was a small amount of stuff on top, but no toppings in the bottom half. It wasn't bad— it was just basic.

I went here yesterday with my husband for the first time and we loved it! I had a cookie dough oatmeal concrete and it’s definitely the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The young man at the window was also very nice and polite and got us our ice cream quick. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Not sure why this is rated low. I’d give it a 4.5 but because it is rating an average in the 3’s I want them to be brought up to what it should be. Maybe with this place being new there were some operational issues at store opening but their other locations have solid reviews. The staff was friendly and quick. The other guests eating around us seemed completely content at their purchase. Is it the best custard? I wouldn’t say the best but it’s not average. And are you going just for chocolate or vanilla custard only? Not really - you want to personalize it to your craving. They’ve got some good options and for the most part the peanut butter / fudge brownie was mixed to the bottom. I hate when the employee doesn’t make the mix-ins even through out. Now there on Walton / Walnut you have Culver’s, Freddy’s, The Shake and Andy’s. I still like Andy’s better for mixing and Culver’s if I’m wanting a custard with less overrun (less air in the product). Definitely worth a visit.

Located in Rogers, Arkansas, Shake's Frozen Custard offers a fresh twist on a classic dessert. What sets this spot apart is its commitment to serving custard made fresh daily—a detail that customers like Tori Mondragon appreciate. Being able to watch the custard come straight from the machine through dual walk-up windows adds a fun and transparent touch to the experience, giving diners confidence in the quality they’ll enjoy.

The menu focuses on customizable concrete mixes, rather than an overwhelming array of traditional shakes, which may surprise some expecting gourmet shakes. However, Shake’s shines with its rich, creamy texture and well-balanced flavors. Rachel Ledbetter’s praise for their fudge and caramel offerings highlights the indulgence factor that keeps patrons returning. Meanwhile, Brooke Timmons’s enthusiasm for the cookie dough oatmeal concrete reflects the brand’s ability to craft ice cream creations that stand out for their texture and taste.

Staff friendliness and efficient service are consistent highlights, making every visit welcoming and smooth. This friendly approach, combined with attention to detail in mixing ingredients thoroughly—as noted by Travis Johnson—is key to delivering a satisfying bite or spoonful every time. Although some customers find the toppings sparse or the shake options limited, the overall impression centers on quality ingredients and a genuine custard base that isn’t over-aerated.

In a competitive landscape featuring Culver’s, Freddy’s, and Andy’s, Shake’s Frozen Custard holds its own with a fresh product and a transparent, customer-centered approach. It invites both locals and visitors to personalize their custard experience with a variety of mix-ins and enjoy a dessert that feels crafted, not rushed. If you seek authentic, freshly churned custard with a smooth texture and a friendly vibe, Shake’s is well worth your visit.
